Privacy Policy 


This privacy policy sets out how Thamina Solicitors (“us”/ “we”) use and protect any information that you give us.

Who is responsible for your personal data?


Thamina solicitors is responsible for your personal data. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, your data will be controlled by Thamina solicitors undertaking that you have instructed or that is providing services to you or communicating to you and each such entity is regarded as an independent data controller of your personal data. We act as a “Data Controller” in respect of the information gathered and processed by this website.

If you fail to provide personal data


Where we need to collect personal data by law or in order to process your instructions or perform a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to carry out your instructions or perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you. We will not use your personal data for taking any automated decisions affecting or creating profiles other than as described above.


Transfer of information and disclose to third parties
