Our legal fees:


Hourly rates:


We work on hourly rates and we charge £200 to £320 plus VAT at 20% per hour depending on the seniority and expertise of the caseworker or solicitor dealing with the matter. More complex matters will attract higher fees, but we will always advise you on this.


Disbursements:


Clients can expect the main disbursements to include:


  • Counsel's fees
  • Fees payable to Courts or Tribunals
  • Fees of independent Experts or Agents where required
  • Travel and meeting expenses
  • Document Certification Fees
  • Other ancillary disbursements, including biometric enrolment, translations, courier and postage charges


VAT Notice:


Please note that VAT at 20% will need to be added to our charges and to some of the payments that we need to make on your behalf.


Timescales:


We will normally be able to assit with your claim within 2 to 3 weeks of instruction provided we have received all the necessary documentation.
