Thamina KabirPrincipal Solicitor
Thamina founded the company back in 2014 and is our Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) .
Thamina is the head of our team and has over 12 years' experience in private client work, specialising in Civil Litigation, Family, Commercial Conveyancing and Immigration.
She is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and Young International Arbitration Group -LCIA.
She has been recognised in the annual British Bangladeshi Who's Who in 2015 for her contribution in the local community. Thamina has been elected as Organising Secretary of the Society of British-Bangladeshi Solicitors (SBBS) in 2020.
Thamina is fluent in English, Bengali, Sylheti, Chittagonian, Hindi and Urdu.
